    4 c. chopped cherries
    4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    14 c. tablespoons butter

    3 c. tablespoons raspberry juice

    Method: 

    1 Melt the butter in a skillet. Add sugar. When the sugar dissolves, add the cherries and blaze with maraschino and Kirsch.
