Saumon minute
Ingredients:
100 G of fresh salmon per anybody
1 C. with coffee of tapenade of black olive mayonnaise to
the olive oil
basil, lemon-yellow thyme, savory, chervil, chive salt,
pepper of the mill
mixed green salad
garlic
olive oil
Method:
Spread out a little tapenade (crushed olive mashed potatoes)
over a plate. Cut salmon steaks fresh out of very fine escalopes, spread out
the tapenade above. Prepare a mayonnaise with the olive oil, while adding to it
of chervil and fresh grasses. Season pepper and salt salmon. Spread out
mayonnaise over salmon. Pass to cooking on oven in position grill, during 2
minutes.
