Sirloin of Beef, Bourbon and Beer

When you marinate your steaks, they are tender and juicy, regardless of cooking you choose. To vary the flavors and textures(video recette beignet), you can grill on a charcoal fire or gas, bake or fry them in a pan.


113-170 g (4-6 oz) beef rib eye steaks
2 cups beer, light or regular
1 cup bourbon
2 cups olive oil
2 cups water
½ cup horseradish sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup dark molasses
2 c. tablespoon crushed peppercorns
1 c. tablespoon ground ginger


1. Set aside the false nets and thoroughly mix all ingredients.

2 Marinate the beef in the sauce for at least 36 hours. Cook rib eye steaks to desired doneness.
