Pumpkin Cappuccino with Cardamom

  1.   2. Ingredients:

    500 g (1 lb) pumpkin
    100 g (3.5 oz) onions
    1 clove of garlic
    2 c. tablespoons olive oilthymelaurel
    2 c. chopped chickenfew grains of cardamom
    1 c. tablespoons of skim milk powder
    salt
    pepper

    Method:

    1. Peel and chop the onion and pumpkin. Sauté onion in olive oil. Add garlic, thyme, bay leaf and cardamom.

    2 Then, add the pumpkin pieces and chicken broth. Simmer 20 minutes.Remove the garlic and put everything in a blender.

    3 Filter through a fine sieve and pour into cups. Bring water to boil in a saucepan and add the milk powder. Lather with a whisk, then remove the whip on top of the pumpkin cappuccino milk.
